  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (Mechanical, Chemical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or Biomedical preferred).
  • At least 10 years in a project management role, plus three (3) years prior technical experience within an FDA regulated production facility.
  • PMP Certification a plus.
  • MES/eBR experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience and expert knowledge in the use of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to influence decision making with executive level stakeholders.
  • Proven exceptional social and diplomacy skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team across a multi-departmental project with direct and indirect management of functional resources.
  • Fully leveraging the power of Microsoft platforms to support team collaboration and communication.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Documented success with leading capital projects more than $1MM.
  • Proven ability to operate under high-pressure in a timeline constrained environment.
  • Candidates for positions that include remote, or hybrid opportunities must provide their own access to a secure high-speed internet signal (preferably hard wired) at a capacity sufficient to support video, web, and email processing simultaneously based on their personal work environment. This is typically 100Mb and above.

**The Responsibilities:**

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams through uncharted territories of project execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, resilience, and relentless pursuit of excellence.
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

**The Essential Duties:**

  • Manage Client resources through the development and deployment of Master Batch Records for operational use on Client's Electronic Batch Record (eBR) Project.
  • Create Project Plan (i.e., Build, Verification & Testing, Installation & Release Acceptance, Launch, etc.) and Schedule development and deployment of MBRs.
  • Lead resources through MBR delivery across seven (7) workstreams (i.e., Build, Test in Development, Test Side by Side in Production, Quality Environment SAP Interface, Quality Validate and Go Live).
  • Day-to-Day management of EBR project resources, including scheduling of personnel, schedule / milestone adherence, and budgetary tracking.
  • Create and execute communication plan for project at Client site across departments and leadership / management Tiers.
  • Definition and execution of project communication standards, facilitation of regular steering and action / status meetings, and task list management.
  • Maintenance of project risk register and management of identified project risks according to risk management plan.
  • Curate and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Create and leverage additional project tools as needed to support deployment efforts.
  • Proactively manage milestones and deliverables with consideration to production schedule.
