Midas Hospitality is currently seeking a dynamic Area Director of Sales to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn & Springhill Suites hotel located in Little Rock, AR. This position will also work directly with the Director of Revenue Management to support the hotels in maximizing revenues.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Receive and respond to all customer inquiries within 2 business hours.
  • Negotiate and capture all profitable Transient, Group and Catering business in accordance with selective selling guidelines.
  • Correspond with potential customers providing any requested information concerning bids, proposals, confirmation of bookings, thank you letters, follow-up letters, etc.
  • Develop, maintain and execute quarter SMART Plans
  • Document and report all sales activities as required BY Midas Hospitality standards using Salespro

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Director of Sales or Sales Manager.
  • Local market knowledge is a must
  • Own vehicle is required for sales calls - local, regional and out of state travel is required for outside sales calls
