SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and intellectually curious Technical Project Coordinator who is passionate about connecting people and technology to the fullest potential. Under the I.T. Services team, you will play an integral part in successfully coordinating a broad range of technical projects and service needs.  If you are focused on the art of the possibility and are not afraid of growth, you'll want to be at Valeo Networks. In this position you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical execution and client experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as primary project liaison between our clientele base & our cross-functional technical staff.
  • Provide daily coordination & quality assurance for project ticket tasks & phase completion ensuring on time delivery & proactive communications against client expectations & contractual quotes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new innovative ways to enhance CX through proactive scheduling & communications.
  • Communicate project updates, accomplished & upcoming milestones across teams, Coord. Manager and key stakeholders.
  • Cultivate positive relationships across all appropriate team levels.
  • Generate & exert ownership of the timeliness and transparency of client deliverables.
  • Maintain flexibility and adjust methodologies to the varying scopes of client-specific requirements.
  • Meet & collaborate with technical & non-technical staff as needed to ensure all parties understand the scope, deadlines, and issues at hand while driving completion across multiple avenues.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • (Required) Attitude: Highly resourceful self-starter who can exercise independent judgment and act upon it appropriately.
  • (Required) Management: Minimum 1-year technical PM/Coordinator experience.
  • (Preferred) Management: MSP coordination role or similar


SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Act as primary project contact between technical staff, non-technical staff, and client stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong time management abilities across multiple time zones.
  • Create & maintain team buy in for constant improvement while celebrating small & big wins.
  • Ability to understand and proactively act upon provided analytical foresight.
  • Provide guidance across younger coordination staff as needed.
  • Make suggestions & recommendations to continue driving operational efficiencies.
  • Ambition to keep growing.
  • Further administrative duties as applicable.


EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

  • (Preferred) Degree: Associate or Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT Business Management
  • (Preferred) Certification Range: ITIL, CompTia (Project+ a bonus), Microsoft
