When a loved one comes to our skilled nursing facility, they will be well cared for, will feel heard, and will know that they matter. What you will do:
- Under the supervision of the DON, the ADON assumes responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs
- Follows all center infection control and safety measures
- Makes frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following their assigned duties and redirect as necessary
- Ensure the nursing stations are well organized, cleaned and stocked appropriately
- Participates in development and implementation of resident specific care plans
- Any other tasks as directed by the DON
Must have:
- Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred
- Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred

Compensation for roles at Olympic View Care Center varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Olympic View Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Olympic View Care Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
