In this role, you'll be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring orders get fulfilled accurately and efficiently for our International team.  You'll wear many hats, but here are some of the key areas where you'll make a difference:


  • Order Allocation & Picking: You'll be the guardian of our international orders, making sure they're allocated correctly within our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ready for picking.
  • Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaboration is key. You'll assign tasks to pickers and packers, ensuring everyone's on the same page to meet our daily fulfillment goals.
  • Accuracy is King: You'll be a master of checks and balances, auditing packing carts and completed shipments for accuracy.
  • Communication Champion: You'll be the go-to person for international order fulfillment inquiries, fostering smooth communication with internal teams (Logistics, CX, Sales) and external partners (carriers, couriers).
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Challenges don't scare you You'll proactively address order issues, gather freight quotes, schedule pickups, and escalate any carrier/courier problems to management.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years international and domestic order fulfillment experience
  • Experience and knowledge of international shipping documents and processes
  • Experience with WMS Systems and Shipping Systems
  • Ability to lift 50-100 pounds
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • General computer skills
  • Able to effectively multitask and shift direction quickly
  • Excellent time management and follow up skills
  • Outstanding communication skills and exceptional phone manner
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
