Responsibilities

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Utilize effective communication skills to engage with customers, identify their needs, and provide solutions

- Conduct outbound calls to proactively address customer concerns and upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services

- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience

- Accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks, including updating customer records and logging interactions

- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services

- Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics, including response time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores


Requirements

-Missouri Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License (or the ability to get one quickly)

-Reliable transportation

-Ability to pass background check

-Fluent in English

-Ability to multi-task

-Computer skills
