Looking for a great sales opportunity? Commercial Lines Insurance sales is your answer. As a Commercial Lines Sales Representative you will be responsible for development and acquisition of new customers. You will be counted on for strategic development and growth of profitable existing customer relationships with a focus on retaining and selling new and featured products to ensure continued growth. This will involve promoting and marketing company products, supported by approved marketing strategy, with the overall goal of premium and profit growth. Experienced candidates can expect 40,000 as the base and up to 10,000 in commission and top-level performers can expect 45,000 base salary with up to 15,000 in bonuses and commission.

Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Document each customer contact in Agency Zoom
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred - if not, must be get licensed in first 30 days.
  • Prior Sales Experience
