Remote option is available for Denver, CO area and Phoenix, AZ Area

Proof Pest Control is a family-owned company that started in the Summer of 2015. We are in the top 1% of startups nationwide and this is in large part due to our constant efforts to grow and develop our sales force. We are a growing, fast-paced company with a lot of opportunities for growth in our inside sales division located at 3990 East Riggs RD, Chandler, AZ 85249. We are building a team of rising sales stars so we can continue to dominate our markets and expand into new ones.

The best part about joining this team is that you will receive a constant flow of warm leads primed for one-call closes (no cold-calling), you will be given all the tools, resources, and coaching to learn and develop as a professional sales representative, and you will be paid according to how many sales you personally close.

The biggest challenge of this role will be working with your team to stay ahead of the lead flow while learning to close sales at an unprecedented rate. The team will be made up of other inside sales representatives all working with and reporting to the sales manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Call on web leads
  • Answer incoming sales calls
  • Track all leads in CRM software
  • Follow up with leads via phone, text, email
  • Close leads using developed script and pipeline
  • Schedule new customers for service in scheduling software
  • Meet with the team regularly to work on team goals and performance
  • Meet with sales manager regularly to work on individual goals and performance

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Firm grasp of principles of selling acquired through individual or formal study
  • Polished verbal and conversational skills
