Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of art pipelines.
  • Create tools to improve the efficiency of the art production process.
  • Work closely with artists to troubleshoot and fix issues related to art asset creation.
  • Learn from senior technical artists to enhance technical skills and understanding of complex art systems.
  • Participate in the continual refinement of workflows to ensure smooth development processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical art role, preferably within the gaming industry.
  • Familiarity with 3D software (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max) and Unreal ⅘.
  • Basic scripting knowledge in Python or similar.
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.

Compensation

Salary Range: $50,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience.
