WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 9 AM and 5 PM.

As our Front Desk Admin, you'll be the friendly face that greets our young patients and their families, ensuring they feel welcomed and at ease. Your day will involve handling patient interactions on the telephone, scheduling appointments, checking insurance eligibility, and pre-authorizing treatments. You'll manage our appointment calendar efficiently, process payments and insurance claims accurately, and maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Your ability to multitask and handle various administrative duties with precision and a warm demeanor will make you an indispensable part of our team, helping to create a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone who visits us

READY TO BECOME OUR FRONT DESK ADMIN?

We're looking for someone friendly, passionate, and can meet the following qualifications:

  • Versed with Patterson Eaglesoft Dental Software
  • Minimum of 2 years of Medicaid Pediatric Dental experience
  • A comprehensive understanding of dental codes, dental insurance billing, and reading Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) is essential for accurately balancing patient financial charts and ensuring that claims are submitted and reimbursed correctly
  • Confidently knows how to run a dental recall system in order to fill the schedule and keep the staff busy

Being bilingual with good interpersonal skills is a plus.
