Our client is a prominent organization located in a newly constructed office in downtown Chicago. This role supports their Human Resources department, focusing on quality assurance and documentation tasks. The role is ideal for someone with strong HR documentation and data entry skills looking to make a significant impact in a professional environment.
Job Description:
We are seeking an HR Operations Contractor to join our client’s team on a hybrid schedule. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and quality of HR data and documentation. The contractor will work closely with HR subject matter experts to learn and document business processes, as well as perform data entry and quality assurance checks within the client’s HRIS system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR experts to document standard operating procedures, workflows, and email templates.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into the HRIS for various HR-related processes including new hires, terminations, and personal data changes.
- Conduct audits of HR data entries and identify opportunities for additional documentation or training.
- Ensure all tasks are completed with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in documentation and auditing, preferably within an HR or HRIS environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio.
- Experience with HRIS data entry, specifically in an HCM system.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Additional Details:
- Position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Business professional attire required.
