Job Description:

The Houston Data Center (located in Houston, TX 77002) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our team. In this in-office role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our data center by handling physical media, managing data, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Media Management: Ship and receive data media, catalog and track media inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Reporting & Data Validation: Generate reports, track data movement, and conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Customer Service: Provide high-level customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Billing: Create accurate invoices for data storage and related services.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard computer applications. Experience with database management software a plus.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience handling physical media and data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of the eDiscovery business is a preferred qualification.
