ImageTEK Signs and Graphics, a 7 year old growing family-owned business, is seeking a Graphics Production Manager. We're flexible with our schedules to try and accommodate each individual employees needs and follow an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) which means the employees help to set the company procedures and direction.

Job Summary
The Graphics Production Manager will lead a team of 2 installers/production assistants and 4 graphic designers/sales personnel. Prioritizing and managing the workload is vital, along with creating and enforcing workflow policies. The position requires an attention to detail as well as someone that works well in a fast-paced team environment and is able to efficiently manage multiple people and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Signage and commercial vehicle wrap preparation and production
  • Manage schedules for other production personel
  • Consult/interface with customers when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area
  • Assist in maintaining company signage equipment
  • Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
  • Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign/vehicle wrap production professional
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial signage and/or vehicle wrap design and production
  • Background in vinyl graphics creation and application
  • Large format digital printing
  • Expertise in using Adobe Design tool suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Experience with RIP software
  • Experience with Flexi Design software
  • Vehicle wrap installation and/or knowledge of vehicle wrap process
  • Knowledgeable in color management
