Job Title: Marketing Receptionist

Work Schedule:

Part-Time: Monday to Saturday

Hours: [Specify hours, e.g., 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM]

Compensation: $16 -$18 per Hour

• Responsibilities:

• Greeting and Assistance: Welcome guests, determine the purpose of their visit, and assist or direct them accordingly. Create a friendly and professional atmosphere in the reception area.

• Phone and Email Management: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly and professionally. Provide information and assistance as required.

• Appointment Scheduling: Manage and schedule appointments for various team members as needed. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure meeting rooms are available and prepared.

• Mail and Document Handling: Receive, send, and distribute mail, documents, packages, and deliveries. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely distribution to the appropriate recipients.

• Administrative Support: Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments as needed. Assist with tasks such as data entry, filing, and office organization.

• Content Creation: Develop compelling content for Instagram and Facebook to enhance our social media presence.

• SEO Optimization: Apply understanding of SEO principles to optimize online content and improve search engine rankings.

• Brand Management: Ensure consistency and excellence in all communications to uphold the company's brand image.

• Social Media Marketing: Leverage knowledge of TikTok & Instagram marketing strategies to contribute to the company's social media presence.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to handle a busy and dynamic front desk environment with professionalism.

• Familiarity with creating compelling Instagram and Facebook content to enhance social media presence.

• Understanding of SEO principles to optimize online content and improve search engine rankings.

• Experience in brand management, ensuring consistency and excellence in all communications.

• Knowledge of Social Media marketing strategies to contribute to the company's social media presence.

• Experience with content creation, social media management, and video editing on mobile apps, iMovie, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar platforms is a plus.
