Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is national brand recognized for its wonderful massage, facials, and hair removal services. We are in search for our next professional and talented Esthetician to add to our team to fill a long-term role at the Hand & Stone in Spring.

We are located at The Market at City Place in Spring, TX. Here, you can focus on doing what you love (transforming lives through skin care and wellness) while we focus on taking care of you So, we encourage you to apply

Your Responsibilities:
  • You are a skin care and wellness consultant You will develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual skin needs.
  • Create an excellent experience for all members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Maintain a clean and presentable treatment room and supplies
  • Maintain detailed treatment records for each client
  • Have a team player personality
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic
  • Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
  • Be clients skincare consultant by assessing their needs and converting it into a specific treatment plan
  • Foster a positive and supportive working environment
  • Must carry liability insurance
  • Must comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations as well as employer requirements
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualities:
  • Effective communicator that can connect with clients and start and maintain their skin care programs
  • Experience with DiamondGlow, microdermabrasion, peels, LED, waxing, and NuFACE highly desirable but not required
  • Experience with Clarity and Dermalogica products
  • Willingness to continue to expand your knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians
