Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- The primary focus of the Inside Salesperson is to generate sales by making outbound telephone calls to current and potential customers; may also field incoming telephone calls.
- Build strong business relationships with our network of core dealers and ensure that all customers’ needs and concerns are addressed satisfactorily and in a timely fashion.
- Provides general and technical information about products and services to current and potential customers.
- Takes product and service order information and determines charges based on a pre-determined pricing and discount structure.
- Listens and responds to customer questions and concerns; in the event the Regional Sales Manager is not able to meet the customer’s needs.
- Records special details of transactions and makes notes on the customer’s account regarding special instructions and/or non-standard orders (i.e., material used, shipping instructions, billing requests, etc.)
- In the event a customer experiences a product failure in the field, the Inside Salesperson may provide basic troubleshooting assistance to resolve the issue.
- Serves as a communication bridge between the end user/customer and the production facility staff; resolves minor related issues if they arise.
- Performs other duties as designated by the VP of Sales.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales (Outbound/Inbound).
- Experience working with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 is preferred).
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High School Degree or GED required.
