Job Summary:

Washington Chevy is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Collision Estimator to join our team in Washington, Pennsylvania. As a Collision Estimator, you will play a crucial role in serving our customers by providing accurate and timely collision repair estimates. This is a Full-Time position with a competitive base salary and commission structure in the automotive industry. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Competitive annual base salary of $45,000 to $75,000, depending on experience
- Commission structure for each repair estimate
- Biweekly pay schedule
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement planning options

Responsibilities:

- Review and assess damage to vehicles brought in for collision repairs
- Consult and communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians to gather information for accurate estimates
- Estimate repair costs and provide detailed breakdowns of parts and labor required for each repair
- Utilize industry software and knowledge of automotive parts to ensure estimates are cost-effective and realistic
- Consistently provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the collision repair process
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates and repair orders
- Keep current with industry trends and changes in repair techniques

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a Collision Estimator in the automotive industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive parts and repair techniques
- Experience with industry software, such as CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell, is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
