We perform preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of electromechanical equipment inside big box retail stores. With over 35 years of experience servicing over 1500 stores across the US, our fully certified technicians provide our customers with support and repair solutions designed to extend the life of their equipment, reducing downtime and minimizing the impact on our customer’s bottom line.


As a part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in performing preventative maintenance and reactive service repair on paint and electromechanical equipment at big box retailers. This will include servicing stores within a 3-hour radius of your service market for up to 2 weeks per month and will also require travel overnight on average for at least 2 ½ weeks per month.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on equipment and then provide a solution
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment adhering to OSHA safety regulations
  • Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines
  • Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames
  • Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and coworkers
  • Other duties as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum two years of electromechanical equipment repair experience or a combination of training and experience
  • Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge; ability to read and understand schematics
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
  • Must have excellent people skills and always represent the Company in a positive manner
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to work independently
  • Ability to stand, bend, and drive for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work at heights of more than 6 ft.
  • You must be able to travel 2-3 weeks per month
