NuAire is looking for a Team Leader. The primary function is to communicate priority, work assignments, and cross training needs as required to meet the production schedule. Second shift Shop hours are Monday - Thursday 3:30 pm - 2:00 am.

Salary range: $25.00 to $27.50 per hour, plus $1.50 per hour shift premium. Starting wage will be dependent on experience level.

Job Function:

  • Provide work direction and train employees in work procedures.
  • Report and help resolve problems as they arise.
  • Performs in-process inspection and completed unit inspection.
  • Performs any combination of tasks using sheet metal machines as required.
  • Communicate with various levels of the organization.
  • Lead the team with safety practices and employee handbook adherence.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Degree or certificate from a vocational school and/or five years of experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use a caliper to measure dimensions.
  • Experience working with press brake, and sheet metal fabrication machines including Amada/Accurpress, S-4, P-4, corner former and Apron brake to shear, punch and form metal or other stock with ability to set up and operate.
