Position: Part-time, non-exempt: 4-8 hours per week in person.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable clinic supervisor to join our incredible team. As the Massage Clinic Supervisor: you have a critical role in teaching students in mastering skills associated with client interactions and massaging techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: A massage license

Practical Experience: 3 years of prior experience in teaching or training. (preferred not required).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain complex concepts and techniques to students with varying levels of understanding.

Patient and Supportive: Ability to provide patient guidance and support to students.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to assist in preparing instructional materials, coordinating activities, and managing student records.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with the instructor, students, and other teaching assistants to create a positive and productive learning environment.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure prompt communication in an in person environment.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional and ethical demeanor while interacting with students, colleagues, and staff members.

Continuous Learning: A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with advancements in the field of massage.

Responsibilities: Including but not limited to:

  • Supervising students in a clinic environment.
  • Assuring the provision of high-quality discussions, learning, and communication.

  • Must be able to follow and comply with all state compliance laws/requirements i.e. HIPAA.
  • Maintain accurate student attendance, assignments, and grades in STARS. *
  • Assuring the provision of high-quality discussions, learning, and communication.
  • Provide students with massage technique feedback.
