IT Field Service Technician

 

We are a growing 22-year-old Managed Service Provider that supports and services IT for small to medium-sized businesses coast-to-coast. We are looking for an IT Technician to be part of our field team. The team member we are looking for will provide on-site front-line service, with the support of our call center team, to our clients in Western Washington.

 

A NW Technology Field Service Technician supports small to medium-sized business customers operate more efficiently by implementing the proper use of today's technologies. We are looking for candidates with an aptitude for IT, be customer-oriented, with natural troubleshooting skills. New hires onboard with a 6-week training and orientation program to ensure quality service to our clients. No minimum billings or quotas. Quality service is our objective.

Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday)

Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
