The Sales Management Trainee position is designed for individuals looking to develop leadership skills in a hands-on setting. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program, where they will learn the ins and outs of sales, marketing, and customer service, progressing towards a managerial role overseeing these functions.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Engage customers through interactive displays and promotions in big-box retailers.
  • Capitalize on customer buying mindsets to increase sales effectively.
  • Receive mentorship and guidance in managing operational aspects such as HR, client interactions, and profit and loss statements.
  • Manage and oversee in-store marketing campaigns tailored to our clients' needs and objectives.
  • Train and guide entry-level representatives, ensuring they meet their sales targets and professional growth objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with clients to convey current and upcoming product offerings.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrated performance motivation and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to start as soon as possible.
  • Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma. A 2-year degree or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Keen interest in developing skills in sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and clients.
  • Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive workplace.
