Essential Job Functions

Trade Show Planning

· Work with the Marketing Supervisor to plan attendance and register for relevant exhibitions, events and conferences

· Manage all aspects of exhibition/event organization from initial planning through final reporting for multiple events throughout the year

· Interact and network with people across multiple industries both within and outside of the company

· Plan activities such as dinners, hospitality events, team building, etc.

· Monitor that marketing displays and artwork are in clean working order to ensure we promote a quality and professional brand

· Ordering of booth materials

· Packing exhibition materials and coordinate shipping

· Organize and coordinate all meetings/events/parties as well as food/beverage, travel and hotel accommodation needs in conjunction with them

· Communicate practical details with participants

· Frequent travel to trade shows and conferences

Requirements:
