Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Display Management:** Identify key locations, build, and maintain eye-catching product displays and equipment placements that align with company standards.

Optimal Product Stocking:** Ensure beverage sections are well-stocked, including shelf allocation and cold equipment, to meet customer demand.

Exceptional Customer Service:** Exceed customer service expectations by consistently replenishing and merchandising products at assigned large stores, with prompt follow-up.

Team Collaboration:** Foster strong, professional relationships with co-workers, customers, and shoppers to enhance teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage company assets, and ensure that all accounts adhere to our high merchandising standards.

Product Rotation:** Uphold merchandising standards by regularly rotating products in designated accounts to guarantee freshness.

Point of Sale Excellence:** Replace and maintain Point of Sale (POS) advertising materials to keep them fresh and relevant for each account.

Qualifications:

Education:
High School diploma or GED preferred.

Experience:
0-3 years of general work experience.
Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds; must be comfortable bending, reaching above head height, and kneeling.
Strong planning and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous sales or merchandising experience is a plus.
