Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and curating engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms, ensuring timely and appropriate communication with our audience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize our social media strategy
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand's objectives
  • Track and analyze social media metrics and provide reports on the effectiveness of our social media efforts
  • Assist in the management of social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad copies and monitoring ad performance
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Prior experience in managing social media platforms for personal or professional use is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to engage our audience
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret social media metrics
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design principles and experience with graphic design software is a plus
