Requirements:Supervise Manufacturing Operations: Oversee the third shift production of precision turned components, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Team Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 32 employees. Assign tasks, manage time and attendance, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Troubleshooting and Machine Support: Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting and resolving machine-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
Policy Implementation and Enforcement: Uphold and drive company policies among direct reports, ensuring compliance with all organizational standards and procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement in processes, efficiency, and quality.
Overtime Management: Manage and coordinate overtime as needed, based on company and customer requirements.
Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate effectively across different functions within the organization to ensure aligned objectives and results.
Communication: Maintain effective communication at all levels within the company. Be adept at both giving and receiving feedback, and at facilitating open and constructive dialogues.
Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure a customer-focused mindset, aiming to meet and exceed customer expectations in terms of product quality and delivery timelines.
Quality and Safety Focus: Emphasize and maintain high standards of quality and a strong focus on safety within the team.

Requirements:
Educational Background: High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, specifically in precision component manufacturing.
Skills: Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and mechanical aptitude. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Availability: Willingness to work overnight shifts and overtime as required by customer and company needs.
