WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team at a community in (Santee, CA). This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Full Benefits.
Pay Range: $24.00 - $30.00 / Hour | Depending on Experience |Housing Available

- You bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing a conventional apartment community.
- You can perform professional level leadership and customer service skills.
- You can create and maintain financials, budgets, and reporting.
- You possess good communication skills both, verbal, and written.
- You have a passion for helping others.
- You have a strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- You have experience with property management software ideally in Yardi.
- You possess a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
