SMT QC Inspector

Pay Rate: $23-$24/hr
Job Description
- Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Process Instructions, product documentation and deviation implementation
- Responsible for First Article Inspection process
- Responsible for scanning into the DGS system
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SMT Quality Assurance Control/Inspection process (PCBA and Electro-Mechanical components)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements
- FDA-STD requirements is a plus
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, microscopes and optical test equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Organizational skills and attention details
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
- Responsible for PCBA inspection of through-hole parts
- Responsible for FA inspection process
- Responsible for scanning into the DGS system
Job Requirements
- High School Education or equivalent
- Ability to read and understand work instructions
- Basic writing and math skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to identify components
- Ability to interpret quality control specifications
- Minimum two years experience in SMT and through-hole printed circuit boards
- Experience in contract manufacturing
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Organizational skills and attention details
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
