Compensation:

$50,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Code and input invoices accurately into Yardi Breeze.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on invoices to identify major fluctuations.
  • Prepare, print, match, and file checks diligently.
  • Maintain clear communication with on-site property managers.
  • Handle daily mail distribution efficiently.
Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience is required for this position in Burbank, CA, US.
  • A degree in Accounting or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Excel is preferred, and willingness to learn new software, especially Yardi Breeze.
  • The ability to work independently to ensure timely payments is a key requirement for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to provide solutions are important qualities for applicants.
