Who We Are Looking For

Support Coordinators to join our team at our Detroit and Westland locations.

What You Will Be Doing

Providing on-going supports coordination and linking of services, including assessment, treatment planning, coordinating, monitoring, review and advocacy.

Minimum Job Requirements

Education/Experience/Credentials Education
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology or similar field
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities
  • Two to three years of leadership experience
  • Licensed or Limited License Master Social Worker (LMSW, LLMSW)
  • A valid Michigan Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
