Responsibilities:

  • Sell the insurance products or services of the company
  • Take customer calls and respond to customers' queries, comments, or complaints.
  • Provide customers with insurance customer service support.
  • Live up to the company's customer service and sales standards.
  • Make outbound calls when required
  • Exceed sales targets.
  • Make decisions about customer service.

Requirements

  • MUST be Bilingual in English and Spanish to be eligible for the position
  • MUST be 440 CSR Licensed and 220 License a PLUS

(Candidates without a 440 CSR insurance license must be willing to obtain it within the first 30 days of employment, if selected for the position).

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Professional presentation and demeanor
