What We’re Looking For:

INH Properties is seeking a full-time responsible leasing consultant for the Mankato, MN area. This position will play an important role in the success of each property. The ideal candidate must be a self-starting go-getter, who is well organized with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and takes pride in their work. This candidate should also possess an engaging personality.

Job Responsibilities:

The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of leasing including leasing activities and coordination of general administration.

• Respond to apartment inquiries including answering prospective resident calls
• Setting up appointments for showings
• Follow-ups with prospects
• Administrative duties
• Create move-in and move-out information packets
• Send out acceptance letters to approved applicants with copy of signed lease
• Assist in the coordination of resident move-ins and move-outs

Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):

• Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience· Energetic, dependable self-starter
• Well-Organized
• Strong leasing skills/sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred, but not required.
