About You: We are looking for a Billing Clerk. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and a multi-tasker.

Compensation/Benefits: Competitive pay ranging from $23-$25/hour depending on qualifications. Essential Functions:

  • Convert work orders to invoices
  • Work with the service dispatching team to ensure all pertinent information is included on the work orders
  • Assemble and distribute supplemental reports that accompanies invoices
  • Submit necessary customer billing information via electronic portals
  • Work with the accounting team to research billing questions

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Competency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, PC Skills, and 10-key
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • High rate of accuracy and ability to self-audit
  • Maintain a high level of professional conduct including honesty, integrity, and professional appearance
  • Team player, and an ability to remain positive and motivated
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Familiar with basic accounting principles is preferred
