Our client, a boutique, Atlanta based commercial/business litigation firm is seeking to add an experienced attorney with a passion for Estate Planning and Trusts & Estate. The firm provides a professional, supportive, and positive environment while striving to act as advisors and consultants to their clients. They offer a full range of services similar to those of a large firm but with the personalized attention and boutique feel that their clients value.
Position Overview:
They are looking to expand their existing trusts and estates practice with the addition of an experienced attorney in planning to serve their clientele of high-net worth and ultra-high-net worth individuals, families, and business owners. This is a full-time hybrid role for an Advanced Planning, Trusts + Estates Attorney. Minimum of 5 years in this practice area and LLM in Taxation is preferred. Experience in aspects of strategic corporate planning, tax planning, succession planning and working in/with family offices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in strategic corporate planning, tax planning, succession planning and working in/with family offices..
- LLM in Taxation preferred.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
Salary/Compensation:
- Competitive salary ranging from $145,000 to $175,000.
- Uncapped bonus plan
