Main Responsibilities:
● Takes walk in reservations, figuring out the best way to seat guests
● Sends walk ins to the bar or maintains a waitlist when necessary
● Constantly communicates table status with guests
● Coordinates large party reservations, or special circumstances with management
● Dynamic personality with the ability to engage guests, and work well with others.
● Organized with the ability to maximize cover counts, seating flow, and guest satisfaction.
● Calm, composed, professional, able to multi task, and work under high pressure situations.
● The ability to supervise the host staff and ensure proper protocol is always followed.
● Navigate reservations platform and client database proficiently
