 Our growing Service Department is looking for positive attitude well-spoken individuals to professionally care for our customers by responding to internet, phone and text inquires.

This position is responsible for assisting service customers with scheduling appointments, updates on vehicle statuses, and customer retention efforts. Specialists must maintain regular attendance and demonstrate exceptional phone skills. Successful candidates will be flexible, possess good organizational skills, and maintain outstanding attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound Service Leads
  • Ensure that all calls presented are answered promptly and professionally
  • Follow up with all prospects 
  • Utilize sales retention tools to set appointments

  • Ensure that all outbound calls such as (not limited to) No Show, Confirmations, Marketing follow up and Task list calls are made in a timely and effective manner

  • Consistently maintain daily , weekly, and monthly goals which correspond to the objectives of the dealer and your individual performance
  • Ensure that the appointments are set consistent with policy/evenly distributed and set for the appropriate date and times
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Maintain a professional code of conduct at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous Automotive Sales or BDC experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills including phone, email, text and chat
