This full-time, in the field adventure awaits you in Spokane, WA

What You Bring to the Table:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous construction or labor experience preferred.

  • Ability to operate construction tools and machinery.

  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Reliable and punctual.

  • Knowledge of construction safety procedures and best practices.

  • Strong desire to learn quickly.

  • Strong teamwork skills.

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.

Your Mission:

  • Assist with site preparation, including setting up and removing temporary structures and tools.

  • Operate a variety of hand tools and construction equipment.

  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials.

  • Responding to spills, 24 hours a day.

  • Works in environments that are hazardous ie may contain dust, fumes, wet/dry chemicals, confined space, or uncontrolled sites.

  • Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report any unsafe practices or conditions to the site supervisor.

  • Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed.

  • Perform daily site clean-up to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Role Essentials:

  • Location: Spokane, WA and surrounding areas

  • Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday with weekend availability

  • License: Valid driver’s license (required)

  • Travel: Some of the positions require travel and overnight stays.

Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC

  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.

  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check. This position is classified as safety-sensitive and requires the applicant to pass a comprehensive drug test, including screening for marijuana, as a condition of employment.

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
