Long Cove Club is seeking servers to join our team at Hilton Head Island's Premier Private Country Club. Our servers are responsible for enhancing the member experience by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy providing exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced and welcoming environment.

We seek servers who thrive on delivering the best member experience, displaying a willingness to assist in other FOH roles and contribute to banquet setup when needed. We require evening and weekend availability and have both full-time and part-time positions available.

Long Cove Club Additional Benefits:

Long Cove Club full-time team members are eligible for phenomenal benefits starting on the 1st of the month following 60 days, including medical, dental, and vision insurance at competitive rates. We provide 100% company-paid life insurance, voluntary life insurance, and short-term and long-term disability insurance. Paid time off includes vacation and sick/personal time accruing after 90 days, with 128 hours of vacation and sick/personal time per year, as well as 6 paid holidays. A Health Savings Account is also available.

Server Responsibilities:

As a server, you will be responsible for providing food and beverage service to Long Cove Club members and guests. This includes effectively using our POS system (JONAS) to ensure accuracy in food and beverage orders and maintaining a guest-first mindset by anticipating and prioritizing our members' needs. You will need to maintain knowledge of our menu to make personalized suggestions for members, prepare and collect checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes, and complete side work before, during, and after shifts. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Server Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude who can maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to support private events and a willingness to assist with other roles in the FOH, including banquet setup, is essential. Candidates must have evening availability, as well as the ability to perform high-quality work with minimal supervision.
