About the Role:

The Windows Systems Administrator's purpose is to install, maintain, and ensure the integrity of the company's servers, computers, and operation software platforms as well as design and implement user and computer policies to achieve the same. Occasional travel to satellite locations may be required.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Education: Associates degree in technical field
  • Certification: Microsoft MCSE or equivalent
Essential Functions:
  • Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers
  • Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.
  • Troubleshooting system and server errors.
  • Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.
  • Monitoring system performance.
  • Maintaining server architecture security. and creating system backups.
  • Creating, verifying, and maintaining system backups and restores.
  • Creating, verifying, and maintaining computer deployment images.
  • Analyze, monitor, and maintain Hyper-V server platform to maximize security and performance.
  • Maintain Active Directory structure and change as needed to meet company growth.
  • Maintain Group Policies for system security, performance, and streamline user experience.
