STAFFING ALTERNATIVES is looking for 1st and 2nd Shift Onsite (Warehouse) Staffing Managers (Bilingual) for our client in Mt. Laurel, NJ.  This person must have a strong sense of responsibility and urgency about himself/herself.  You must be able to communicate with coworkers and our client company to counsel and coach associates.  This person will be responsible for check ins, safety walk throughs and assisting with the time clock procedures for the temporary associates.   Join our team today  Annual salary increases, bonuses and company sponsored trips


Essential Responsibilities:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Supervise temporary industrial field staff

• Perform safety inspections on a daily basis
• Assist temporary associates with questions

Specific Abilities:

• Warehouse experience

• Customer service experience 

• Reliable transportation
