ABOUT ACHIEVE CENTER PEDIATRIC THERAPY

Founded in 2004 and born out of a desire to help children who face challenges in their development to progress and achieve their potential, we provide pediatric speech, physical, and occupational therapy. The "achieve" in our name comes from our belief that every child has within them the capacity to improve. Today, we serve children and their families in the Wenatchee, Moses Lake, Spokane, and Kennewick/Tri-Cities areas with a team of over 40 professional therapists and staff. We believe that the most effective approach for success is one that stresses early intervention, open communication, family involvement, and a fun, playful environment where children are relaxed and more receptive. Simply put, we help kids get better.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

As a Front Desk Receptionist at the Achieve Center, you will work as part of a team. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling patients, entering patient data, registering new patients, accepting and posting payments, coordinating with clinicians, the back office, and other external clinics to support patient care, and providing excellent customer service. Other office duties include filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, and other duties as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR FRONT DESK RECEPTIONISTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM
  • Possess excellent oral / written communication skills
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask

Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time Front Desk Receptionist position typically works 40 hours per week, starting at 8:00am and working until 6:00pm, Monday - Thursday.
