TITLE: Executive Assistant
TYPE: Direct Placement
LOCATION: Jenkintown, PA

ONSITE: 5 days/wk onsite

START DATE: Immediate
SHIFT: M-F 8:30am-4:30pm EST

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO & executive team within our restaurant group. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Duties:

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Excellent organizational and time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines. Assertiveness in following directions

-Positive and professional attitude

-Willingness to be out in the field as needed.

-Demonstrated responsibility for confidential and time sensitive material

-Ability to use good judgment and work independently, under minimal supervision is required.

-Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents

- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events

- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and presentations

- Conduct research and gather information as needed

- Handle confidential information with discretion

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

- Assist with personal tasks as needed

-Assist staff in daily operations

Experience:

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is preferred

-At least 2 years HR experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Experience with DocuSign and QuickBooks is a plus

- Strong typing skills and data entry experience

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

-At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.

-At least 2 years of related experience
