Job Title: Strategic Planner (Senior)

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance

Inalab Consulting has a contingent opening (based on contract award) for a Strategic Manager to manage the Army PMOSE contract.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.
  • Preferred Certifications: DAWIA Advanced Level in Program Management.

Required Skills and Capabilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor all aspects of strategic planning and communication activities.
  • Plan and document the Program’s strategic and long-range goals and advise on strategic messaging and communications.
  • Conduct outreach sessions with Biometrics and Forensics stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in support of strategi communications.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes that would affect the PdM's mission and provide insight into significant organizational changes.

Experience Requirements:

  • Ten (10) years DoD program management, Government technical management.
  • Experience in strategic / futures planning to include.
  • Experience with DoD Acquisition programs and Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes and DoD long range planning.
  • Must demonstrate strong communication capabilities in all areas to include oral and written formats.
  • Experience within the DoD Biometrics community or Interagency Biometrics stakeholders is preferred.
