Inalab Consulting has a contingent opening (based on contract award) for a Strategic Manager to manage the Army PMOSE contract.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.
- Preferred Certifications: DAWIA Advanced Level in Program Management.
Required Skills and Capabilities:
- Coordinate and monitor all aspects of strategic planning and communication activities.
- Plan and document the Program’s strategic and long-range goals and advise on strategic messaging and communications.
- Conduct outreach sessions with Biometrics and Forensics stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in support of strategi communications.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes that would affect the PdM's mission and provide insight into significant organizational changes.
Experience Requirements:
- Ten (10) years DoD program management, Government technical management.
- Experience in strategic / futures planning to include.
- Experience with DoD Acquisition programs and Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes and DoD long range planning.
- Must demonstrate strong communication capabilities in all areas to include oral and written formats.
- Experience within the DoD Biometrics community or Interagency Biometrics stakeholders is preferred.
