**Position Overview**

As a BDC Agent at our Powersports dealership, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and enhancing the overall customer experience. If you have a passion for Powersports and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**

- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls, emails, and chats.

- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales and service departments.

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service.

- Assist in marketing initiatives to promote dealership events and promotions.

**Qualifications**

- Previous experience in a customer service or BDC role, preferably in the automotive or Powersports industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Passion for Powersports and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
