- Coordinate effectively with office staff for scheduling and routing optimization
- Competitive compensation: Up to $65,000 annually + commission based on revenue and experience
$65,000 yearly potential + commission DOE
Responsibilities:- Provides reliable, high-quality customer support.
- Performs customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
- Performs system testing and signal verification via troubleshooting if they are set up with a smart/Wi-Fi controller.
- Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
- Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
- Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
- Must have a strong work ethic.
- Respond to customers’ requests and complaints, make appropriate recommendations, and advise customers on how to improve their irrigation system.
- Demonstrate expertise in the maintenance and repair of irrigation systems and related components including irrigation lines, sprinkler heads, control panels, valves, pumps, etc.
- Perform seasonal maintenance of irrigation systems for turn-on and blowouts.
- Cross-trained in other departments for backup support.

- GED or high school diploma required.
- Two years of experience in the irrigation industry & related principles/practices required.
- Florida Irrigation Contractor's License course to install new irrigation systems is preferred. If already a licensed Irrigator no need to worry about the class.
- If no Florida Irrigation Contractor's License is obtained, can accept a Florida-approved, grandfathered irrigator with current continuing education credits in lieu of Florida Irrigation Contractor's License.
