Job Description: We are looking for a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This position plays a crucial role in delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all visitors and supporting our team with administrative tasks. The role will also require making calls to clients for service appointments, so strong organizational skills are a must. If you have excellent communication skills, are a quick learner, and have a positive attitude, we’d love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via inbound/outbound calls and emails.
  • Make calls to clients to schedule service appointments.
  • Maintain and organize appointment schedules efficiently.
  • Support the sales and service departments by responding to client inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
  • Ensure the front desk is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials in place.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Professional phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Proficiency with computers, internet, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and willingness to learn.
