Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Northside Learning Center Childcare Director, the Program Assistant is responsible for supporting programs they oversee and any associated administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, including document preparation, reports, data entry and backup coverage for other administrative roles.


Specific Job Duties

  1. Compiles and/or assists with compiling program data, type reports, and correspondence on a daily basis or as needed.
  2. Compiles program reports for review by department heads and program managers and files all program reports in a timely manner.
  3. Maintain all program report forms; may assist in designing program report forms and/or ordering forms and other inventory if needed.
  4. Assists with other administrative duties such as copying, filing, and mail as needed.
  5. Backup for other administrative roles; duties may include assisting clients and visitors in person or via telephone.
  6. Attend training as it pertains to job duties and new duties assigned.
  7. Part Time Hours

Education

  •  Prefer an Associate’s degree and/or years of experience.

Computer Skills

Good working knowledge of MS Office and other applicable software as necessary.
