Job Overview: As a Junior Production Assistant, you will be a crucial part of our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL, helping to turn creative ideas into real products. This role is perfect if you enjoy solving problems, working with others, and paying attention to details. What You'll Do:

Work with Others:

  • Assist graphic designers in preparing their ideas for production by understanding different materials and printing techniques.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure machines are correctly set up and operations run smoothly.
  • Use software like Adobe Creative Suite to review and adjust designs to ensure they can be easily produced.
  • Improve production processes and resolve any issues that arise.

Basic Tasks:

  • Prepare materials for production, including removing vinyl and organizing supplies.
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized to support efficient production.

Quality Check:

  • Ensure products meet the desired specifications by reviewing colors and designs before they are produced.
  • Maintain quality standards throughout the production process to ensure consistency.

Project Management:

  • Track project timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure deadlines are met.

Problem-Solving:

  • Address any design or production issues, such as adjusting for different materials or handling equipment problems.

What You Need:

  • A high school diploma is required; additional training or certifications in manufacturing or graphic design are beneficial.
  • Experience in manufacturing is helpful but not required.
  • An interest in machines and design software.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks like standing for extended periods and lifting heavy materials.
