Job Summary:
The Home Care Staff Supervisor at iCare Elder Services LLC will be responsible for overseeing and managing the home care staff and operations at our Scranton, Pennsylvania location. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary of $50000 to $62000 per year. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care or senior care services and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage home care staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in home care services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Maintain accurate records and reports on staff performance and client satisfaction
- Manage and resolve any client or staff concerns or issues
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in home care or senior care services
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record software
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
