Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service by listening and interacting with customers.
• Manage cash and credit card transactions at checkout.
• Assist customers with using digital kiosks or mobile devices to look up inventory.
• Enter data into computer systems for record-keeping.
• Ensure a safe environment and supporting standard operating procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility and your work area.
• Provide warranty information and process car titles.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years retail customer service
• A passion in helping others in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience managing cash transactions.
• Ability to meet physical demands, standing, walking, and lifting to 50 lbs.
• Experience using mobile devices, iPad, or another tablet.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including overtime, weekends, and some holidays.
• Knowledge or experience working with automotive parts is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
